Large Pate Sur Pate Japonisme vase marked C. P. & Co. Mehun. (Charles Pillivuyt Co.) circa late 19th century with cobalt background with gold sparkles that resembles lapis lazuli and two japanese figures in kimonos in pate sur pate enamel. This is a very rare vase, probably made for an exposition universal. Approximately 20" high is the vase and carved wooden base is not included. In good condition.
